We invite all our members to participate in our monthly newsletter  through the Spotlight column which features expert articles on a number of topics building on the CBC reports. The Spotlight column shares through our CBC network new perspectives and approaches needed to accelerate market transformation in the commercial building sector towards low-energy and net-zero energy buildings.

TOPICS
We are interested in exploring several of the topics addressed in the CBC’s 2011 reports, including:

• Innovative approaches to financing and valuation of energy efficiency improvements;
• Ways to catalyze change in corporate culture through strong leadership and commitment to energy efficiency;
• The impact of outcome-based codes in a building’s long-term energy performance; and
• Ways to increase the use of an integrated design process and whole-building approaches.
