Membership
Membership in the Consortium is open to all organizations interested in advancing energy-efficient commercial building technologies, practices and policies. At present, there are almost 500 public and private Consortium members, including building designers, owners and operators, financiers, manufacturers, state and regional policy makers and program planners, researchers, funding agencies and other stakeholders, working with the U.S. Department of Energy to develop and deliver technology, policies, and practices to achieve a market transition to Zero Net Energy. WHO CAN BE A MEMBER
All organizations interested in advancing energy-efficient commercial building technologies, practices and policies are invited to join the CBC. There is no fee to join, simply fill out the membership form.

Consortium members have the opportunity to collaborate with a critical mass of high-performance building industry stakeholders and the DOE to:

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Active Consortium Members receive regular correspondence and are potentially interested in:
- contributing best practices and case studies
- contributing with newsletter articles
- reviewing the Consortium reports
- promoting the Consortium at industry events
- collaborating with other Consortium members
Corresponding Consortium Members include those members who may not be able to commit to active membership, but still want to continue receiving information through the newsletter and program updates.
